The 2026 Annual Conference of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS), one of the most influential events in the global analytical science community, concluded successfully this week in San Diego, California. The conference brought together leading mass spectrometry manufacturers and research scholars worldwide.
Sciway has participated in ASMS for three consecutive years. At booth #1100, we not only showcased our deep expertise in laboratory gas supply solutions, but also gained valuable trust and feedback through in-depth exchanges with global users. On-site Highlights
At the event, Sciway launched our annual new products: the Y-PNN and Y-HNN dual-purity nitrogen generators, alongside our core X-series nitrogen generator product line.
The Y-PNN and Y-HNN dual-purity nitrogen generators are our latest R&D achievements, designed for tandem mass spectrometers with collision gas requirements, as well as ion mobility mass spectrometry and charged aerosol detectors (CAD). They support applications ranging from general analysis to high-throughput routine proteomics.
Equipped with a dual nitrogen production system combining PSA and membrane separation technologies, these models can simultaneously output two grades of nitrogen: high-purity nitrogen (99.999%/99.9%) and standard-purity nitrogen (99%). One single unit can replace the combination of a standard nitrogen generator + nitrogen cylinder/high-purity nitrogen generator, significantly saving lab space.
The X-series nitrogen generators are engineered to meet modern laboratories’ demand for high-quality gas sources. With an integrated under-desk design standing below 70 cm tall, they fit easily beneath benches to maximize space efficiency. The built-in touchscreen interface enables real-time monitoring of operating status and maintenance alerts, greatly improving ease of use. Tailor-made for LC-MS systems, the X-series is compatible with mass spectrometers across all major brands, delivering stable, cost-effective, and hassle-free high-purity nitrogen supply—so you never have to worry about frequent cylinder replacements again.
